Astral was engaged to plan and deliver Change Management activities throughout the implementation and release of an ECM system, initially to two main business service lines, across all major cities in Australia and New Zealand. Astral developed a Change Management and Communications strategy to facilitate a smooth transition for all affected staff. By actively engaging staff ‘on the ground', Astral ensured that the user requirements were taken into account when planning and designing the system.
In such a highly regulated industry, complying with both internal and external policies is imperative. Astral analysed and provided recommendations for changes to existing policies and procedures relating to document management and compliance. Astral worked closely with internal training, administrative and management teams to allow them to deliver training to over 1300 staff members.
Outcome: The ECM system has been successfully released to over 1300 staff members, across major cities in Australia & New Zealand. Astral continue to work in partnership with the firm to release the ECM system to more business service lines across this region.
