Working at Astral
Established in 2000 with specialist services focused on Information Management (IM) and information-centric processes. Astral helps organisations drive business value from their information assets. Astral is vendor independent across a broad range of Information Management products. Working at Astral offers variety in terms of projects and clients, the ongoing challenge of daily critical and logical thinking, the ability to grow through continuing professional development and a supportive team of colleagues.
Our Skills Become Your Skills
At Astral we focus on your growth as an individual within our team, expanding your skill set and that of the team and of the company. Our consultants have extensive skills and relevant domain experience, enabling them to solve the Information Management challenges faced by organisations. However, we help you get to this point throughout your journey in our Intern/Graduate Program.
During my 12 months Internship at Astral I was fully supported by the Astral team whilst learning what it’s like to work in a professional environment and how I should conduct myself within the company and when working with clients. I have also learnt many hard skills around Information Management and the Microsoft 365 platform. Along the way I received great experiences from positive and challenging moments within client projects.
Astral has developed a learning approach which includes guided end-to-end “learning journeys” – guided sequences of learning experiences that help employees learn and mature into new roles or target skill areas over time. Our one-year intern/graduate Program is a series of formal training, on-the-job mentoring and industry-based certification programs. This allows you to achieve:
- A good understanding of your future role as an Astral Consultant
- The required methodologies, and market standards for success in our company
- A genuine fulfilling career path within Astral
- Skills in the best available technology (vendor independent)
- The opportunity to evolve soft skills, through improved communication skills or via peer-coaching concepts.
